Erugos Labs provides custom software development, AI and automation solutions, and capacity augmentation services. The information on our Site is intended to give you a general overview of what we offer.

Specific project terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are governed by separate agreements (such as statements of work or master service agreements) entered into between you and Erugos Labs. These Terms do not replace or override those agreements.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Erugos Labs or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for accessing the Site during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Erugos Labs. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Visiting those links is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Erugos Labs, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
